Such a lucky family. Only few can work for the pirate and still do amazing things. Most people just settle for a job, some settle on a job as a pursuit of a dream or happiness, and few will go with their heart a go for the golden dream of following their hearts. We need more people like you guys in the rest of the corporate world and workforce in general. i can say from experience its a giant leap to follow a dream, but when you have a supporting cast to back you up when you fall and a cheering squad to hoot and holler when you succeed it is completely worth it. I took that giant leap from being comfortable and settled two years ago, and now look at where I am. I might not be making a million dollars or even working for a fortune 500 company, but i can say i'm pursuing my dream and so far its paying off.
Thanks for the words of inspiration to put my views and ideas back into check. I might know my path, but sometimes I would love to derail this darn train and go be comfortable, but I will not and will never quit.

Love both letters! Any reader can see there is a lot of heart in both letters which is not a character trait that everyone with the same last name carries. It is something instilled by fathers, mothers, and other influential family members. It is good to see younger generations still coming up with good old fashioned honesty and heart. Greg, if you hold the same values as I believe are part of Keith and the Saarloos family, you will be successful in whatever you are a part of. Best of luck to you Greg!
